P3 Breakfast Pizza Quiche



This is a recipe my mom found and made for breakfast while I was visiting. It was delicious!


Breakfast Pizza Quiche

4 oz Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
½ tsp Oregano
2 cups Shredded cheese (colby jack or your favorite)
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 Roma Tomato, sliced
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped onions, green pepper, mushrooms, spinach or your favorite toppings

Preheat oven to 375* and grease a 9" glass baking dish.

Beat cream and eggs until smooth. Add cream cheese, parmesan and spices. Mix in shredded cheese and press into the bottom of the glass dish as the "crust". Bake for 30 minutes.

Top with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, and other toppings as desired. Bake 10 minutes more until bubbly and brown. Slice and serve.

  4. I am currently in Phase 2 of the HCG diet... I have noticed that all of your recipes in Phase 3 don't use fat free / low-fat cream cheese or low-fat shredded cheese? Wouldn't that be a better option, or is there something with the diet that you should use regular cheese and cream cheese (that is high in fat and calories)... heavy whipping cream surprises me too... is there a reason why you couldn't / shouldn't use fat free whipping cream? Just curious and trying to prepare myself for the next phase...there are so many restrictions with things, so I was curious if substitutting fat free cheeses was even an option... Thanks for sharing all the great recipes!

  5. Hi! Great question. Always check ingredients - usually when something that is meant to have fat in it is labeled fat-free it will have sugar (and who knows what else) added to improve the flavor. I don't eat any fat-free processed food at all. I'd much rather have naturally occurring fat along with its calories than processed chemicals and added sugar.

  8. Hi! As with anything in P3, you'll need to determine your daily caloric intake goal and figure out the best serving size to match. I think we cut this into 6 servings.

  11. Howdy! Like with whatever inside P3, you will need to figure out the daily caloric intake aim as well create store cards online as figure out the very best meal to fit. I do think many of us cut this kind of straight into 6 helpings.

  12. 400 calories in 4 ounces of cream cheese
    400 calories in 4 large white eggs
    100 calories in 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    360 calories in 1/3 cup of heavy cream
    630 calories in 6 ounces monterey jack cheese
    40 calories in 1 roma tomato
    160 calories in 2 ounces mozzerela cheese
    40 calories in 2 ounces chopped onion, 2 mushrooms, & spices
    2,130 total calories
    Serves 6
    About 350 calories each serving

  13. I am preparing to start P3 in a few days and have been told I need to eat somewhere in the 2000 calorie range. I am not sure I can eat that much . What advise can you give. and if I use your recipes how will I know the calorie amount per serving. Thanks any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

  14. You do want to eat a high calorie diet in P3 so your metabolism sets itself to use those calories and not start storing them. After all, you have been using around 2500 a day including stored calories and what you eat each day. Avocados have lots of calories and are very good for you. Try incorporating them into everything you can think of.
