I loved this chicken! I ate it by itself with a salad on the side.
Curry Chicken
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4-1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1-2 tsp Curry Powder
1/3 cup Onion, chopped
3.5 oz Chicken Breast, diced
In a medium pot or pan, heat broth, water and tomato sauce. Stir in curry powder. Add onion and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and continue simmering broth until it reduces and thickens into a sauce. Pour over chicken.

Hi there I notice you add a lot of onion along with other vegetables, which goes against protocol, just wondering oood this affect your loss at all?
ReplyDeleteYes, I think I mentioned somewhere early on that I count onion and garlic as "spices" and not as vegetables, use as much as I want in my recipes. It never affected my losses but always be cautious if you try something that isn't 100% strict. :)
ReplyDeleteI also use mix veggies. I have since day 1 with mo problem. I am loving some of these fresh ideas.
ReplyDeleteI mix my veggies as well and never noticed a difference. I like the varuety. plus I've read numerous places that its ok.
ReplyDeleteYum!! I've been on the diet 2weeks now and was getting bored until my friend told me to check the net and voila! Can't wait to try all your yummy recipes! I see chocolate mousse, yay! I knew there was a way - so do I make that a meal? or can I still have lunch diner then that?
ReplyDeleteIf you eat chocolate mousse and cottage cheese is the protein, then you should have one other meal with protein that day. Two protein servings per day, doesn't matter which meals or snacks.
ReplyDeleteWould you happen to know how many calories this meal is?
ReplyDeleteTomato sauce as in condiment tomato sauce and not tomato puree or can tomatoes right?
