P3 Cheesecake

I don't think anyone would know this cheesecake is completely sugar-free. It is absolutely delicious!

Crust
1 cup Pecans or Almonds, ground
2 Tbsp Erythritol, like Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero or Z-Sweet
3 Tbsp Butter, melted

Combine and press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan. Bake at 325* for 10 minutes. Then increase oven temperature to 450*.

Filling
4 8-ounce packages Cream Cheese (regular or reduced fat)
1 cup Erythritol, like Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero or Z-Sweet
4 Eggs
1 cup Plain Yogurt (Sour Cream would work as well)
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Combine cream cheese and Z-sweet, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Pour over crust.

Bake at 450* for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for one hour. Loosen cake from edge of pan and let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator. May top with sugar free chocolate syrup or fruit.

  4. I just wanted to add that I used Swerve sweetener in the recipe and homemade low carb whipping cream on top with fresh strawberries

  5. I'm still on Phase 2 for one and a half weeks more, so I'm getting ready with recipes for phase 3 (lost 25lbs so far!) I really wanna make this but with almond flour and coconut oil (I have this very delicious raw one!) for the crust and also add some organic raw cacao powder in the filling. Would that work?

  6. I made this cheesecake a week ago and it is delicious! I froze the slices and enjoy a small slice with a baked apple for dessert every night. I have also lost another kilo while on P3 and eating cheesecake daily. It really doesn't get any better. Thank you so much for this.

  7. I'm putting these ingredients in MyFitnessPal and it's coming out to 440 calories per serving with 28 carbs and 4 grams of sugar per serving?? I did 12 servings per cheesecake. Could you mention the exact brands of the ingredients that you used so I can make it zero sugars?? I would love to make this! :)
