Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:
Small Recipe (for a few cupcakes)
2 T cream cheese, softened
1 T cocoa powder
12-15 drops liquid stevia
milk or cream as needed to get the right texture
Large Recipe (frosts one regular cake layer)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cocoa powder
40ish drops liquid stevia as desired
1/4 cup milk or cream as needed to get the right texture
