P2 Garlic Lemon Chicken


This is quick and easy chicken for lunch. I usually steam cabbage or broccoli on the side, or have it with salad.

Garlic Lemon Chicken

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp onion, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Liquid Stevia to taste
Bragg's Liquid Aminos to taste
3.5 oz chicken, cut up

Heat pan, add lemon juice, onion and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper, a couple of drops of stevia and a squirt of Bragg's. Add chicken and stir to coat, then cook until chicken is done.

What should I do if I don't have liquid stevia or aminos? Are there any regular substitutes that are normally found in the kitchen?

Liquid Aminos is basically like soy sauce, only safe on the HCG protocol. Liquid stevia is the only sweetener I use while on Phase 2, but another sugar-free sweetener might be ok, I just haven't tested it.
