P2 Cucumber Salad


Cucumber Salad

2 Cucumbers, peeled
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
10 drops Liquid Stevia

Mix vinegar, salt and stevia together. Thinly slice cucumbers and marinate. The longer this sits, the better it gets.

I do this salad with rice vinegar, crushed red pepper, powdered ginger, powdered garlic, salt, pepper, and powdered stevia to taste. It is so yummy even when not on hcg. Just thought I'd share!

I tried this with regular vinegar, onion, stevia powder, water and dried dill marinated overnight. My new fav way to enjoy cukes!
